Winter Walking Tours | Discover Newport, Rhode Island
Bundle up and make your way outdoors this month for a 1-hour walking tour with the Newport Historical Society in the heart of downtown Newport. Each themed tour will happen on Saturdays at 1:00 PM. Presented by an expert guide, tours will depart with a group of no more than ten for an especially intimate experience.
COVID-19 NOTE:
When you're ready, we can't wait to welcome you back to The Classic Coast! Rest assured, local restaurants, shops, and businesses are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of all. This includes wearing mandatory face coverings, following guidelines put in place by health and government officials, and implementing stringent cleaning practices.
All we ask when you land on these shores is that you play your part in keeping everyone safe. Please be kind, wear a mask, wash your hands, and maintain six feet of social distancing from others.
Visitors are required to wear a mask and will be asked a series of screening questions to ensure the health of everyone in the tour group, and the tour guide wears a voice amp to ensure that everyone can enjoy the tour while staying apart.
