At OZO Fitness, we're excited to offer our customers flat rate shipping on all orders. It's just one way we say thanks for choosing us!
Order Processing:
We get to work on your order as soon as it's placed. Typically, it takes 24 hours to process and dispatch. During busy periods like holidays, this might stretch to 2 business days. Your order is considered dispatched once our carrier starts delivering it to you.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The time it takes for your package to reach you varies based on your location. Here are our estimates for different countries:
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- USA: 3-5 business days
Keep in mind that during busy times, carriers may face delays we can't control. If we're shipping globally, customs might also add a bit more wait time.
Order Details - Accuracy Matters:
Your shipping details matter. Make sure they're correct at checkout. If we find issues, we'll email you within 3 business days of your order. If we don't hear back in time, we may have to cancel the order.
Got a typo? Email us at help@ozofitness.com within 24 hours of ordering. We'll do our best to fix it, but we can't promise changes after that period.
Delayed Delivery:
We aim for quick delivery, but sometimes delays happen. Courier issues or other factors beyond our control might slow things down. We'll keep you posted and work hard to get your order to you ASAP.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Lost your package? It's a bummer, but once it leaves our hands, it's up to the courier. If it happens, contact us and the courier. While lost or stolen packages are outside our refund policy, we'll try to sort things out, maybe with a replacement.
